My brother provided a photo of the arrangement in OH provided by your shop. My father, a former floral designer, gave the arrangement "two thumbs up." The experience with Parma Florist was unexpectedly positive. As I live in Tampa with family spread all over, it is sometimes necessary to show our condolences and support through floral arrangements; you aren't certain the quality of the flowers that you send during an important occasion such as a funeral. This has been one of the most positive experiences I have had. The "confirmation of delivery" feature is a great customer service; I didn't have to worry if the flowers made it or not. I really appreciated that feedback.
